Complete PEHD Salt Tanks
Complete PEHD salt bins are salt storage tanks used in water treatment systems to soften hard water. They are made from high-density polyethylene (PEHD), a corrosion-resistant and durable material, and are designed to hold a sufficient amount of salt to allow the efficient operation of the water treatment system.
The water softening process involves the use of ion exchangers that exchange the calcium and magnesium ions present in hard water with sodium ions from the salt. Complete PEHD salt bins provide a convenient salt reservoir to regularly supply the system with salt.
